Terms and conditions

1. About Stacklist

Stacklist is a curated directory of tools for makers, builders, and creators. These terms govern your use of the site and any services associated with it.

2. Using the site

Stacklist is free to use. You do not need an account to browse the directory or read the blog. Some features — submitting tools, saving favourites — may require an account in future.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site to scrape or harvest tool listings or contact information at scale

  • Attempt to submit spam, fake tools, or misleading deal information

  • Interfere with the site's operation or security

3. Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Some links on Stacklist are affiliate links. We disclose this wherever affiliate links appear. Inclusion in the Stacklist directory is not influenced by commercial relationships — we do not accept payment for listings.

4. Tool listings

Tool information — pricing, features, availability — changes over time. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that all information is current. Always verify pricing and features on the tool's own website before purchasing.

5. Newsletter

The Stacklist newsletter is sent to subscribers who have opted in. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing emails from third parties to our list.

6. Submitted content

If you submit a tool, deal, or any other content to Stacklist, you grant us the right to publish, edit, or decline that content at our discretion. We do not pay for submissions.

7. Intellectual property

The Stacklist name, logo, and original written content are our property. Tool names, logos, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. If you believe any content on Stacklist infringes your intellectual property, contact us at legal@stacklist.co.

8. Limitation of liability

Stacklist is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your use of any tool listed on the site, or your reliance on any information published here. Tool recommendations are our editorial opinion — we are not responsible for your experience with any listed product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted in the newsletter.
